美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、横須賀中央にあるベトナム料理屋さん、バンブーベトナムキッチンに行ってきました。
横須賀でベトナム料理のお店は珍しいようです。食べログで、横須賀中央のベトナム料理店を調べると、このお店しかありませんでした。
さて、メニューは、ライス系、ヌードル系が多く、セットメニューが多いです。
今回私は、お店がオススメしているOBAMA rice noodlesを注文しました。どうやらメインは焼きビーフンで、具材は豚肉、揚げ春巻き、なます、きゅうり、レタスなどが入っています。
友人は、パインミーのセットを注文していました。パインミーは、お肉の具を選べるようですが、チャーシューがおススメのようです。セットにはホットかアイスのコーヒーが付きます。ティーはないようです。
さて、焼きビーフンの方は、見た目は綺麗でボリュームがあります。ただ麺に味がついていないのと、説明がないので食べ方がわかりません。
スープにつけ汁のようにつけて食べてみましたが、味が微妙です。食べ方は合っているのか？間違っているのか？どちらにしても、好きな味ではありませんでした。スープの中のお肉は美味しかったです。
パインミーの方は、なますの甘酸っぱい感じとチューシュー旨味、パンのサクサク感がマッチして美味しいです。
コーヒーは、凄く甘い。。。
ベトナムのコーヒーみたいですが、好みは分かれそうですね。
お値段はリーズナブルだと思います。
