汐入からどぶ板通りをず~っと歩いて行って、道が三崎街道とぶつかる手前、横須賀ビールの隣にベトナム料理店があるのは知ってたんですが、何かここんとこ自分的にアジアンエスニックに良く行くので、入店してみました。
ということで、気になったお店を訪問するシリーズ(^^ゞ←最初に言えよ（笑）
店内はテーブル席のみからなり、４人掛けテーブル以外にも円卓があったりするし、外に２人掛けのテラス席もありますが、この席は使われてるのかな(・・? まぁ、訪問日は２月だったから、どのみちテラスぢゃ寒いしね~(@_@)
サービス担当者はベトナムのお姉様が１名。日常会話は大丈夫な感じ。因みに笑顔がカワユス←そーゆーこと書かなくていいから（笑）
さて、注文したのは、ランチメニューから牛肉のフォーセット８００円。春巻２種とデザート付きです。対するアルコールは、バーバーバー（３３３ですね）５００円を１本。これに消費税が加算されます。
バーバーバーをぐび~っとやっていると、さほど待つことなくセットが供されました。春巻は生春巻と揚げ春巻の２種類。生春巻の方は定番の海老を使ったあっさりしたもので、揚げ春巻は挽肉の肉肉しさを活かして皮はパリっパリに揚がっています。
フォーはスープにニョクマムの魚醤感が綺麗に出ているのと、具として使われている牛さんテイストも馴染んでいて、中々のものでしたね。具は他にももやし、玉葱、刻み葱が使われ、ここに別皿に添えられた水菜を投入し、途中でレモンを絞って味を引き締めて頂いてみました。やっぱりこのスープと具にはフォーのようにあっさりした米の麺が合いますね。他にも味変調味料が卓上にありましたが、今回はシンプルな旨さを堪能したかったので、使用しませんでした。
