Lunch time in Yokosuka. Although I have a strong image of American food and curry, it is an international town and Vietnamese Cuisine is also delicious. However, Bamboo Vietnamese Kitchen is said to be the only one in Yokosuka. It's a small shop, but when I visited, there were no Japanese customers and the staff seemed to be Vietnamese as well, giving me the illusion of being in a different world. (lol) Since I visited on the weekend, there was no lunch set. I had beef pho as a single item. In Japan, pho is more commonly eaten with chicken, but my preference is definitely beef. I love the unique aroma of star anise, which is very Vietnamese. To top it off, she offered me a ``please'' and topped it with pickled garlic. Vinegar alone would add flavor, but I also added garlic. Sour and spicy! ! ! But it seems to become addictive. Although the aroma is unique, the pho has a light taste, and the vinegar and garlic add a gradation to Ethnic Cuisine color, making it delicious! ! After the meal (until the next day???), the scent of garlic dominated my mouth, which was also delicious lol♪ This time it was a simple beef pho, but the menu was diverse. The menu is organized by region: North, Central, and South Vietnam, so you'll be sure to find something you like. Rice, beer, and snacks are great too~~o^^o
