Visited in Yokosuka for a late lunch on a holiday. The inside of the restaurant was small, with about 5 tables. Even though it was almost 4:00 pm, there were 3 groups of customers. There was one man and one woman working. Ordering Read the table's QR code with your smartphone and go to the app menu. It seems like there are dishes for each region of Vietnam, which makes me feel like a maniac. However, it was difficult to read the explanations in Japanese, so it was difficult to read. As a result, I ordered the following two items. Stir-fried Beef Pho ¥128o, Vietnamese Smile ¥75o It seemed to take a long time to order, and other customers were waiting patiently with their eyes closed. After about 40 minutes, it finally came out, but Dia Dau Phong\2oo...beanuts? It seems to be the implication of alcohol sticking out. The main dish, the beef pho stir-fry... is seasoned with an oyster sauce base that brings out the flavor of the tender beef. You can also enjoy the crunchiness of the celery and greens. When it comes to stir-fried rice flour noodles, the noodles sometimes stick together and don't break apart properly and end up breaking into pieces. Garlic and chili pepper? The pickled vinegar comes out with a strange taste. Adding a little bit will give it a tangy taste. Overall, it was very delicious, and the service from the restaurant was good, but... considering the balance between time and price, it might not be a good choice for lunch during a break from work. that's all.
