店内は新しく、中華料理店にしては比較的綺麗
家庭の洋風部屋のような佇まいだが、中華な小物や衝立も使用されている
カウンター6席、4名テーブル数個、小上がりちゃぶ台席2個でトータル73席あるとか
卓上には、醤油、手作り辣油(辛味味噌)、辣油、酢、胡椒、和辛子、割箸、爪楊枝、冷水ポット、呼鈴
BGMは大画面液晶テレビからニュースが流れている
店内禁煙
駐車場は近隣の立体駐車場と提携(2000円以上の飲食利用で駐車場1時間無料)
平日14:30に伺ったが、先客2組2名と空いている
客層は地元のおじさまのみ
店員さんは大陸系男性2名
シェフは台湾で有名な方だと宣伝されているが、理由などは不明

全体的に安めの価格設定と感じた
台湾料理店ではあるものの、北京ダックや四川麻婆豆腐、台湾風鶏皮唐揚げなど中国各エリアの料理を揃えている

鶏肉唐揚げを刻んだキャベツと長ネギ
甘辛ソース
味は普通か
ボリュームたっぷり
小皿で、ザーサイ、刻みネギののった小さな冷奴が添えられる
ザーサイには恐らく自家製辣油であろう赤い汁がたっぷり掛かっており辛い
スープの卵スープで、具は玉子、ニンジン、ワカメ、細かく刻んだ豆腐
ライスは米質普通、炊き方普通
普通盛りだが量多め
デザートは缶詰の桃と少量のココナッツミルクが入った甘い杏仁豆腐
満腹満足
味は普通だが、味は日本人好みとなっており、なにより値段が安いのはありがたい
地元に愛される店なのだろう
チャンスがあったら再来したい
次回来店時はライスを避けて、麺類を注文したい
ただ気になる点としては、ドリンク1杯無料のはずだが、最後まで何も聞かれなかったため、結局無しとなった
こちらから言い出さないと提供されないサービスなのかも知れないので注意が必要だろう
