ランチに軽く焼肉が食べたくなって行ってみました。
色々なものを食べたい私としては
5種類(カルビ・ロース・牛タン・ハラミ・ラム)が
セットになった一栄定食(５種)１２００円(税抜き)を注文。
ご飯は大盛り無料でしたが、夕食を考えて普通で充分。
数分で七輪が運ばれてきました。
ランチで炭焼きが食べられるとは思ってなかったので
これは当たりか。
肉は５種各２枚ずつ。
タンには大根おろし、ラムにはニンニクが添えてありました。
どちらも塩を振って焼きましたが、普通に美味しかったです。
タレに漬けてあるカルビ・ロース・ハラミはやや厚みがあり
食感は柔らかく丁度良い弾力があり、
噛むと旨味がジュッと旨味が出て来て
ランチとしては充分美味しかったです。
甘めの付けダレは白菜キムチともやしナムルで
辛味を追加するとバランスよく食べられました。
