今日のお昼は何を食べようかと検索していた所仙台牛タンのお店が目についたので寄りました。
注文は勿論牛タン定食です。
仙台で本場の味を知っているのでちょっと期待をしていました。
空いていたので直ぐに提供されて来ましたが本場に比べてちょっと控えめな感じです。
牛タンの味自体は柔らかさも味わいもまあまあでしたがどうしても舌が本場の味を覚えているので比較してしまいます。
スープはテールではなくてタンが入っていました。
全体的には良いのですがもう少しインパクトがほしいなぁと言う感じでした。
