On the 3rd floor, I found a shop called "Tempura and Hand-stretched Somen Asayama", which was the purpose of the day. Opened on December 8, 2023, this is a restaurant restaurant centered on freshly fried Tempura and hand-stretched somen noodles from Shodoshima in the long-established department store "Saikaya" in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Directly from the Shodoshima Somen Association, Shodoshima Somen is used, which is one of the three major somen noodles in Japan. Tempura does not use eggs, giving it a light finish. It is a Tempura that goes well with both plain noodles and rice. We have prepared a menu that can be used not only for meals but also for small drinks. That's it. In the brand new store, there were no customers, and there was not a single clerk looking at the entrance, so I thought that it was no longer open, so I stepped back and checked the curtains (^ ▽ ^;) I finally noticed it and went to the counter seat. There was a power outlet installed at the counter seat, and after refusing to ask the clerk, I charged my smartphone and drank Master's Dream for 605 yen including tax. (1) Otsushi Before ordering beer, I was served pickles with wild flowers. (2) Jumbo shrimp ten, 2,508 yen including tax I had checked in advance, but I asked for an extra-large shrimp heaven of 36 cm, not a set meal, but a single item. Anyway, it was huge, so it would take a long time to fry it, but when I waited, I saw a group of customers who came later serving Tempura. Even so, I had a refill of pickles brought me once, so I interpreted it as a service that meant that it took a long time to fry and I was making you wait. I was also looking at my smartphone and didn't notice it right away, but when I looked at it, I saw that the clerk was cleaning the fryer (◎_◎;) When I looked at the clock, it was about 25 minutes after the order was placed (; ́・ω・) Here, I checked with another clerk and found out that the order had not been passed, which means that I only ordered beer and was a pretty good customer who even refilled the pass. I was quite disappointed that I was being looked at like that. I mean, when I asked for "Jumbo Shrimp Ten as a single item" when ordering, it sounded like I was repeating it, but I was apologized like "I'm sorry I didn't hear it properly", and even though there were no other customers ordering at that time, I was disappointed ( ̄▽ ̄;) After that, it was served to be hung in about 10 minutes. It was the largest size of the shrimp heaven for me.
