強いコシ、滑らかな喉越し
汁は少し酸味を感じる
薬味は白胡麻、ワケギ、生姜
なかなか美味しい
量は少なめ
因みに日本三大素麺は、兵庫県「播州手延へそうめん」、奈良県「三輪そうめん」、香川県「小豆島そうめん」だ
本格的でなかなか美味しく、落ち着いた雰囲気で気に入った
しかし、駅近な横須賀モアーズ辺りに入っていたら人気となっていただろうが、駅から遠いエリアで、集客力の衰えたさいか屋の、更に目立たない南館の、更に3階という厳しい場所では苦戦しそうな予感
ちょっと惜しいと感じてしまう
次回来店時は、あさやま御膳、天丼と小豆島素麺セット、あたりを注文したい
名物料理となっている36cmと日本一長いジャンボ海老天とタルタルソースも気になる
