We offer hearty course meals in a calm space. Please enjoy the restaurant's atmosphere, where each dish is carefully prepared using local ingredients, and where connections with local people are made. |
Restaurants located in a detached house up the mountain from the coast of Hayama. After changing into slippers, I was led to a completely private room on the first floor with a cute stained glass window (the second floor is a counter). I ordered a bottle of white wine for my lunch course. Salt cookies, appetizers of truffles, scallops, and vegetables, pasta with fried onions and roccolo cheese, main course was sweet sea bream with girolle mushroom sauce (with duck), and dessert was baba and mango Ice cream. Everything on the menu is thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Customer service is polite and attentive from beginning to end. I think it's safe even if you have small children (there was a teddy bear there).
