野菜と牛肉を使った創作料理
GWレビューの途中ですが、仕事帰りに立ち寄ったお店のレビューを1件先に。。
逗子の池田通りから小さな路地に入った場所にある古いビルの1階に
6月17日に野菜と牛肉を使った創作料理のお店がオープンしました。
私はランチタイムに伺いましたが「足利マール牛」と「長谷川農場」(共に栃木県)の野菜を
ふんだんに取り入れたメニューが並んでいました。
ランチメニューは サラダランチ(野菜)1700円
サラダランチ(お魚)1800円
サラダランチ(お肉)1900円
足利マール牛ハンバーグ 2300円
足利マール牛ローストビーフ 2500円
足利マール牛炭火焼 2800円
以上6種類、いずれも税・サービス料込みです。
私は足利マール牛ハンバーグをお願いしましたが
メインの料理の他 前菜のプレートとパンが付いていました。
別途スイーツ(700円前後だったかと・・)やドリンク類もありました。
メニューを拝見した際は、ちょっとお値段高めの設定だなと感じ
ぷらっと仕事途中の昼休憩のランチタイムで立ち寄るお値段の設定ではなく
友人とのランチ向けのお値段設定かなとは思いましたが
お料理を頂いてその美味しさにビックリ!
前菜のプレートはキッシュを中心にグリーンサラダと紫キャベツ(カレー風味)に人参のラペで
構成されていますが、どれも程良いお味でまろやか^^
メインのハンバーグのプレートも沢山の種類の火入れをしたお野菜が添えられていて
そのお野菜のうま味が半端なく、しみじみ美味しい♡
勿論 ハンバーグも牛肉の旨み・ジューシーさやそれを引き立てるデミグラスソースが
コクがあってお肉にピッタリだし、ハンバーグの下に引かれた滑らかなジャガイモのピューレとの
相性が抜群♫
2種類の自家製パンはむっちっとした食感で食べ応え十分。
お料理を頂いた後の満足感が半端なく、嬉しい気持ちになりました。
これは・・デザートも是非頂いてみたいし、ハンバーグが大好きな夫とも一緒に伺いたい
そんな気持ちになるお店でした。
次回は是非デザートも頂いてみたいと思います。

On this day, I had lunch with a friend of mine at my new workplace ^^ I was requested to go anywhere along the Keikyu line, but I only know the area around Zushi Hayama Station, so I went within walking distance from the station. I decided to look for a store. One of the people I suddenly remembered was on. I remember visiting by myself a few years ago and finding it very delicious. This time I made a reservation in advance. There is also an a la carte menu, but this time I chose Lunch Course A (3,850 yen). The first thing that was brought to me was a green salad. The cucumbers, sunny lettuce, and mizuna are mixed with white bitter melon and spikes of shiso for accents, bringing out the bitterness and natural sweetness of the vegetables.It's fun ^^ The Parmesan toppings on the finish? adds richness. The original dressing was also delicious and I enjoyed it even more than it looked ♫ The second dish was pumpkin soup.It was a delicious soup that took advantage of the sweet pumpkin flavor and was light without being overwhelming. The third dish is Fried food fish with a balsamic sauce and Parmesan for added richness. The plump and soft flesh of the white fish was delicious. The fourth item is roast pork. Grilled Kamakura vegetables are hidden under the slightly pink roast pork. The flavor of the sauce made with grain mustard was just right, and it went well with the pork, which had a firm texture.The two types of homemade bread that went with the dish were also perfectly warmed.The flavor of wheat was strong. Something that can be felt. It went well with the food! The final dessert was homemade pudding and iced tea (Earl Grey), and there were several drinks to choose from. The pudding has a strong egg flavor. The iced tea had a nice Earl Gray scent and was cold and delicious. The main meal included both fish and meat, a hearty salad, a delicious soup, two types of homemade bread, a dessert and a drink, and the bill was just 3,850 yen. The price included tax and service.
