逗子で隠れ家のようなお店です。
野菜を売りにしているらしく、お肉系のランチで15種類、サラダ系のランチで20種類の野菜を使用しているようです。
私はローストポークのマスタードソースにしましたが、なぜかこれはサラダ系のランチに分類されるようです。スープとパンがついてきます。
スープはカリフラワーのポタージュ。いい意味でクセがなく濃厚で美味しいです。
メインはドーンと野菜が。葉物野菜だけでもかなりの種類ですが、根菜類も入っていてさらにピクルスやスパイスで味付けもされていて食感、味共に食べ応えがあります。
ローストポークもかなり存在感がありますが野菜も負けていません。ローストポークは脂身が少なく肉の味を感じるタイプでした。
野菜は調理法、種類も含めて最高で、メインも美味しいです。
味は間違いなく、店員さんの対応もよいのですが、出てくるのが遅くて正直すこししんどい（メイン出てくるのが1時間くらい）のと、冬は換気の問題か結構寒いです。
それを考えてもこのサラダはほかで食べられるものではなく、価値あるランチと思いました。
