東池袋ではなくて永福大勝軒の流れを汲むお店
個人的に永福系には悪いイメージも無いんですが特別良いイメージも無かったんですが、ここ淵野辺はかなり美味しかったです。
煮干しの効いたすっきりしたスープはすっきりしてるけど物足りなさは無く麺や具材とのバランスをしっかり取れてて派手さとかは一切無い染み染みとした美味しさ。一口飲むと気づいたらまた一口飲んでしまってて完飲してしまいました。
それとただ美味しいだけでなくてお店の方のホスピタリティがとても高いです。
