平日のランチに行きました。
駅近で注文もあるので、とても便利‼︎
入店前のアルコールはもちろん、検温、各席にクリアボードもあり、感染症対策がしっかりしてあるのが、好印象。
おしぼりも除菌と書いた、厚手のウェットティッシュで、使いやすかった。
いくつかランチセットがあったが、ピザの種類があまり選べなかったり、グラタンがついてたりして、あまりひかれなかったので、単品で注文。
王道のマルゲリータSサイズと由比産釜揚げシラスのピッツァSサイズを注文。
程なくして、サービスのフォッカッチャが運ばれてきた。ピザがくるまで、それを食べて待っていた。
しばらくして、オリーブオイルと鷹の爪の入ったオリーブオイルと一緒に、マルゲリータがテーブルに。
生地は少し薄めだが、美味しかった。
食べ終わったタイミングとほぼ、同時に次のピザが。
運ばれてくるタイミングが気持ちいい。
バジルソースの上にシラス、トマト、バジルなどのグリーンがのっていて、色合いが華やかで、味もとても美味しかった。
レモンを絞って食べるのも、新しくて好き。
爽やかなレモンの風味がとても合っていた。
食後には、チーズケーキを注文。
これは、味はまぁ、ふつうって感じだった。
ピザは種類が豊富なので、今度は違ったものを食べてみたい。
