舞い戻り30年戦士
昔、金曜は毎週夜中までボーリングして
帰りに妻と壱発ラーメンでネギトロチャがお決まり
少しヘビーかと思って色々と浮気してましたが
結局、壱発はウマいよなと
最近またチョイチョイ行ってます
トロロに含まれる酢が
脂の重さを感じさせないし
トロロ＋細麺は喉越し抜群
チャーシューも多く見えるが薄いので
軽く食べられる
ニンニクドバドバ
胡椒多め
コレが我流
画像はチャートロ中盛
ドンブリに咲く一輪の花は
彦麻呂さんが付けたネーミングらしい
個人店などは、わざと休憩時間入れて
意図的に行列作ったりする意図があるが
壱発は通し営業で
分散してお客がくるので
たいした待ち時間なく入れること
ホントの人気店ってのは
こうあるべき！の見本のような店です
