家系を期待していくと何か違う
東京競馬場に行った帰りに寄りました。
ラーメン控えなきゃいけない主人は摂生3日目にして早くも挫折です。
出かけた時くらいはいいか、と私も甘い(^^;)
横濱家はむかーし座間店に行ったことがありますが、詳細は全く覚えてませんでした。
記憶にあるのはファミリー向けで杏仁豆腐が美味しかったなってことくらい。
「家」ってつくんだから家系だろうと思っていました。
・ねぎラーメン (880円)
・杏仁豆腐 (150円)
・ラーメン (670円)
・Bセット/半チャーハンと肉餃子 (320円)
またここぞとばかりにチャーハンまで注文した主人ですが、餃子は私がもらいました。
こちらのラーメン、スープは豚骨醤油なのですが、どこかあっさりしています。
豚骨臭というか口にした際の豚骨感はかなり強く、醤油感も薄いわけではないのだけど家系を期待していくと何か違う。
麺も短い中太麺ではなく、もっちりとした黄色い中太縮れ麺。
味噌ラーメンに合いそうな麺です。
もっちり麺が合わないわけではなく、これはこれで美味しいのですが家系なの？
美味しくないわけじゃないんだけど、
なんだろう、、無化調のぎょうてん屋GOLDに行った時と同じような気持ちに、、
私にはパンチが足りない豚骨醤油でした。
餃子は特に特徴はありませんでした。
杏仁豆腐はレモンがのっていてサッパリとお口直しになり美味しかったです。

・Chive and bean sprout Ramen / pork bone soy sauce This is a stamina Ramen topped with fried garlic! It has plenty of chives and bean sprouts, so it feels healthy. Yokohamaya's pork bone soy sauce is a bit light and I don't really like it, but the chive and bean Ramen had a punch with the chives and garlic, which was good. The fried rice was also delicious.
