最強「塩ホルモン」大人気「もつ煮ら」＆「牛スジうま塩煮」
秀の塩ホルモンは、新鮮な素材を使用するのはもちろん（４６５６もたっぷり入ったテッポウを丸々一本使用しています）時間をかけて丁寧に下処理をし、秘伝の味付けをした他では食べられない逸品です。ホルモン通な方はもちろん！今までホルモンが苦手だった方も「秀のホルモンを食べて好きになった！」と言ってくださる程の自信作です。ジューシーな食感と噛むほどに出てくる旨みとのコラボレーションをお楽しみください。 |
最近小田急相模原付近に塩ホルモンがうまい店ができたと食通の方から聞き、
いろいろ探していたら、そのお店はこちらの２店舗目であるとのことで、
とりあえずは本店？から行ってみようと思い乗り込んでみました。
たいていホルモン屋さんは煙モクモクの小汚い系が多いので覚悟して行ったのですが、
ぜんぜんモクモクせずに、割と小綺麗な普通の、ちょっと広めの小料理屋さん風のところでした。
おすすめの塩ホルモンと牛すじの旨塩煮込みをとりあえず１人前ずつ注文。
どちらも絶品。ちょっと想像を超えてました。
特に煮込みはもう最高でした。個人的には大きいどんぶりに入れ変えてもらい、
そこに麺をぶち込みたい感じでしたが。。（このお店は麺類がないようです。）
結局どちらも人数分頼んでしまいました。この２つは絶対頼んだ方がいいです。
ただ、カルビに関してはまぁ普通だったので、
ホルモン系ぶた系を中心に楽しむといいのかもしれません。
総合的にはコストパフォーマンスも悪くなく、また行きたいと思うお店でした。
