知人が昔行ったうまい居酒屋が相模原駅にある、というので早速。
店内は多国籍料理の供する感じを醸していますが、立派な鳥料理の店。
で、早速注文、頂きましたのは…
・手羽揚げ
・サザエのつぼ焼き
・マグロ納豆
・なめこおろし
・つぼむし（茶碗蒸し）
・鯵のたたき
・鳥皮のおろし煮
・漬物
・ふろふき大根
これらをビールと燗酒と緑茶ハイで決めました。
どれも美味でしたが、なかでもやはり名物手羽揚げ、
それと鳥皮のおろし煮？が絶品。
うまかったですが、知人曰く、
昔の方がもっと手が込んでいたとかいなかったとか…。
でも十分満足満腹です、ご馳走様でした。
