仕事おわりの疲れた体に豚骨ラーメンを補給しに行ってきました。
六角堂さんは夜中の3時？位まで営業してて飲み会終わりにも気軽に行けるのはありがたいです。
今回は豚骨ラーメンにタマネギをトッピング。
替え玉を4枚購入。
ラーメンは極細で豚骨スープによく合う。
個人的に麺の硬さはバリカタ〜粉落としの間での硬めをお勧めします。
卓上にはごま、味を濃くするタレ、おろしニンニクや紅生姜など豚骨ラーメンの必須アイテムが盛りだくさん。
