【２０１６年８月８日訪問】
ツマジロさんが挙げてくれてるメニューを見ては
「きすフライ定食」（税込７４０円）をマークしていました。
午前１１時きっかりに開いたお店に一番乗りしてみたら
清潔感のある予想外に広い店内。
メニューもいろいろとあり、でもやっぱお魚フライな気分。
聞いてみたら生の魚を揚げてくれるとのこと、
きすフライよりは癖がありそうなあじフライの気分だったので、
それをオーダー。
■あじフライ定食 ７４０円（税込）
開店時間は油が綺麗なんでしょうか、
出てきて気分の上がる薄い狐色をした綺麗な鯵フライ。
普通挽きのパン粉はサクサクよりもザクザクしていて、
焦げ臭皆無に鯵特有の風味が優しく立ち、旨い。
三枚に卸された１４センチ級の鯵フライに
卓上のソースを少なめにかけ、カラシは多めに
少しずつ大事に頂きました。
ご飯もちょい固で美味しく炊けていた。
息子さんとお母さまでやっているのかな、
接客・配膳担当の女性はどこか上品で、
居心地の良さをアップしてくれましたよ。
