We look forward to your visit with our special Grilled skewer! Tender and juicy chicken. There is no chicken smell, and the authentic ingredients are like nothing you've ever tasted before. Enjoy the |
This is a yakitori restaurant near Sagamihara Station. It's in the basement and has a bar-like atmosphere, as it says Grilled skewer bar. I made a reservation in advance, so they prepared a semi-private room in the back. I ordered the charcoal grill course (negima, tsukune, chicken dish + 2 skewers of your choice) and ordered quail and nekku. The skewers were well cooked, so chicken dish and chicken skin were hot and delicious, and the soft-boiled quail and raw tsukune were well cooked and the flavor was just right. Other delicious yakitori dishes included miso-grilled pork skewers, tsunagi, heart, and meat-stuffed shiitake mushrooms. Overall, it was a very satisfying Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Other than yakitori, the goku tofu, which is tofu mixed with noodle soup and beaten egg, is addictive. Although I didn't order it, they also have a wide selection of hot pots and a la carte dishes, so it's recommended in this area.
