定休日を間違えた為に替わりに小麦の郷でカレーパンを買って撃沈した私でした(笑)
仕切り直しで後日お店に行きました！勿論お目当てはカレードーナツです。
じょんのびのカレーはキチンと細かく野菜が入っているのが解ります。そしてカレーの風味が生きているんですよね。パンの中で。。
油っこくないのでチャンと小麦の風味も出てきます。カレーパンはこうじゃなきゃね～お手本みたいな美味しさです。
小麦の郷とは値段は同じですが、、大きさは半分(笑)でも納得のカレーパンですから。。
そして今回はメロンパンも購入しました。コレも又美味いんだな～♪
こちらのは独自の解釈で作られたメロンパンだと思います。メロンの香料がガツンと効きすぎているメロンパンも多いのですが、じょんのびのは小麦の風味がガツンと来ます！パンの美味さと言うよりも「たまごぼうろ」に近いと思うのは私だけか？
パンの表皮のサクサク感がたまらない一品です。ベイクオフのパン屋には絶対解るまい、、この美味さの作り方は（爆）
お店が狭いのが唯一の欠点かな？当日も閉店間際なのに数人のお客さんでごった返し状態ですから（苦笑）
