美味しいハンバーグを頂きに、FUKUYOSHI（福よし）でランチ。
相模原の名物料理選手権で、NO.1に選ばれたお店です。
また、相模原お店大賞（飲食部門）でも、途中経過で、一位のお店です。
初めての訪問なので、お店一番人気の、
とろけるハンバーグステーキを注文。
150ｇ、200ｇ、250ｇ、300ｇから選べます。
ランチタイムは、サラダ、スープ、ライスが食べ放題です。
ドリンクは、＋１５０円で頂けます。
ハンバーグステーキは、表面が軽く焼かれ、
中身は、レアーな状態で提供されます。
席で、鉄板の下に、固形燃料を置いて、
その熱で、好きな状態に焼いて頂きます。
メニュー名の通り、とてもとろける程、柔らかいハンバーグです。
お肉は、当日は、宮崎牛を使用していました。
今まで頂いたハンバーグの中でも、
一番美味しいハンバーグだと思います。
欲を言えば、ライスが、ちょっとパサパサだったので、
もうちょっとフカフカだったら、もっと良いのになと感じました。
とてもリーズナブルに、美味しいハンバーグが頂けるので、
また、近いうちに訪問したいお店です。
