前々からお店の前を通る度に気になっていた「グリルＦukuyoshi」さんに初入店❗️
日曜日だった事も有り、前日に☎︎予約をして５人で来店。
相模原のフードイベントS-1グランプリ金賞のとろけるハンバーグと熟成ハラミステーキを、シェア出来るようにグラムを多めに注文。
焼けるまでの待ち時間の間に、取り放題になっているサラダ(千切りキャベツ)、タマゴスープ、ライスを持って来て準備万端。
サラダのドレッシングは自家製❓のフレンチドレッシングをかけて美味しく頂き、スープも少しペッパーが濃いめだったけど美味しかったです。
「ドーン‼️」とボリューム有りのハンバーグとステーキが運ばれて来ました。
テーブルに置いてある一人用コンロの固形燃料に火を着けて、自分の加減で焼くスタイルですね。
とろけるハンバーグはまさにとろけまくりでした。油が随分と出てたのが気にはなったのですが、この油でご飯を炒めて、席に置いてあるガーリックチップを入れガーリックチャーハンにするのを食べ終わった後に知って少し後悔…。
ハラミステーキの方も柔らかくて、一緒に行った老女❓二人も美味しそうに食べてましたよ。
食後のコーヒーもアメリカンサイズ❓でたっぷり。ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。
