good morning. This is Kozue, a beauty acupuncturist. The other day, I had some business to do in Sagamihara, so I decided to have dinner before heading home. This time, I visited a restaurant called Grill Fukuyoshi. The melt-in-the-mouth Hamburg seems to be recommended. This time, we ordered an all-you-can-eat set of 200g of Hamburg, salad, rice, and soup. At this restaurant, Hamburg comes out almost rare, and you eat it on the table, using solid fuel to cook it to your desired degree of doneness. Hamburg comes with mashed potatoes and garnishes such as carrots, corn, and broccoli. Hamburg is indeed very tender and can be cut with chopsticks. I made it into 4 portions and cooked them evenly before serving. There were about 3 types of sauce, but they were seasoned so it was delicious as is. It's definitely melt-in-your-mouth soft. The meat releases a lot of fat when it's grilled, so it's recommended to leave a little bit of the fried garlic, Hamburg, and hamburger steak on top to make garlic rice.
