鉄板の上に肉と付け合わせが乗ってお好みの焼き加減で食べられるスタイル。
固形燃料に火を付け、しばしハンバーグを育てる時間。
良い感じに焼き上がり、育ててる間に焦らされた食欲は制止を振り切り暴走。
気付いた時にはただひたすら肉を頬張り、焼き上がった写真を撮る間もなく平らげてしまっていた。
肉を平らげた後はお店の方おすすめのガーリックライスを作ってみたものの
見た目があまりきれいではなく写真を撮るのは諦めた。
いや、味は美味しいんですよ。作るのが下手すぎるだけです。
ハンバーグの感想としてはお店自慢のとろけるハンバーグはふわとろのハンバーグ。
他ではなかなか味わえない食感だと思います。ただ、どうしても肉感は薄め。
肉を浴びるように食べたい時には物足りないかもしれません。
また感染防止対策が未だに厳しめ。入店時の検温から始まり、おかわりのご飯などは使い捨て手袋必須だし。第5類移行して1年経ちましたが久々の感覚でした。(あのおばちゃん店員だけなのかな…）
味は間違いないのですがコスパはやや悪いかもしれません。
