先日、東林間に初めて行きました。なかなか行かない土地ですることといえば、、、そば屋orうどん屋を探すこと。で、訪問したのは「そば処あみや」さん。
みどりがかった麺が特徴的。温かいそばでも、かなり強いコシを感じられる麺でした。
