目当てにしていた店が貸切ということで、さまよって行き着いたこちら。ほぼ全く前情報なくて燻製のお店だと思って入りましたw しかしながら路上に出てたボードに牡蠣や猪などの魅力的なワードがあったので期待しつつ…焼肉屋さん脇のすれ違えない階段を登る。
ジャズがかかる落ち着いた店内はまだ18時回ったところで先客はなし。お店もオープンしたてみたいで少し驚かれましたw
醸しであって燻しではないことに気付いたのはメニューを見てから。日本酒とワインのメニューが
“お好みをお伺いしてお出しします！”
みたいな酒飲みにはうれしい表記の仕方で俄然気分アガる！(私、ワイン好きのワイン売りなので)
好みのイメージを伝えると2つ選択肢を持ってきてくれて、それらの説明も“わかってらっしゃる”感があって高まる期待。提供時には写真撮影用にボトルを持ってきてくれる配慮！白とはいえヌーボーなんて飲むつもりなかったけど大当たりでした。
ワインに関しては料理に合うものでお任せと、好みを伝えて持ってきてもらいましたがどれもこれもドンピシャで5杯も飲んでしまいました！！
お料理はコースとアラカルトがあり、季節でメニューが替わる部分とグランドメニュー的なものがありました。実際の皿を見ると日本料理っぽいところと創作っぽい部分もあり、未知の味を追い求めたいタイプの私はおいしい初体験をたくさんしました。
最初に突き出しで青菜の胡麻和えが来たのに、しばらくして“お通しのお刺身です”と持ってきていただいた立派なひと皿の中に、白身を卵黄が入った？ようなタレで和えたものがあって身の歯応えとタレの甘い優しい感じがとてもおいしかったです。
てか、あのお刺身ほんとに頂いてよかったのかしら？お通し代500円と伝票になってましたが6種類盛りでしたよ？？？(日月お休みのお店だから無駄になるより、と出して下さったのかな？と予想)
料理の提供順も目配りがされてたように感じるし(さすがコースでも提供されているだけありますね)、どの皿にも小さな驚きと初体験があったし、何よりワインが何種類もグラスで用意されてるっていう俺得感www
ワインの好みがうるさすぎて気になった？のか最後料理長さんが席までご挨拶にいらっしゃいました。ワインイベントもちょくちょく開いているようで、ワインにも並々ならぬものがあるんでしょうね。
相模大野でこんなに自由に楽しくワイン飲めたのは初めてです！お安くはないですが贔屓にしたいと思います。
