いて座通り 淵野辺駅南口入口交差点の南
店の南側指定場所に3台停められます
平日正午前の訪問で先客が一組。店内を見渡し適当であろう厨房に近い4人掛けのテーブル席に着き、一部写真入りのメニュー表より たぬき680円に決め 業務に慣れ切ったベテラン故に生じてしまう驕りが見え隠れするお母さんへ そばの方でオーダー。
重厚で高級感のある店内の天井を眺めたり、やって来た年配夫婦のお客さんが商品を選ぶ際にやり取りする小競り合いを聞き流したりすること、およそ5分で配膳されました。
・たぬきそば
高台の高い立派な丼に出汁巻き風玉子と分厚いナルト、ワカメ添え。
袋から出した箸を割り、丼の端からそばを手繰り、少しだけ息を吹きかけて豪快に音をたてて啜れば訪れる小幸せ。
シルキーで凝縮感のあるそばは冷系で食べるに十分堪える秀逸なお品であるし、出汁の効いたつゆは高温のつゆは甘くて辛くてグッとくる昭和の味。出汁巻き玉子も美味い。
なおじ好みのたぬきそば。
この内容で680円。やや冷たい接客ではあるけれど、お品と価格設定は街のアベレージを遥かに超える満足感を得られたこちら。
冷系も美味いに違いない。
