創業51年相模原で愛されるステーキ、ハンバーグのお店
相模原へ不定期で行くことがあり、用事が済んだあと12時半を過ぎていたので、駅周辺で食事をすることに。以前からBMしていた、こちらへ伺うことにしました。
外待ちはひと組で、その後に続きます。5分程度待ちで入店。
フロアは、2名掛けか4名掛けのテーブル席のみ。ゆえに1人でも2か４席を使うことになるので、回転は良くないです。
8テーブルあったと思いますが、店の中央にあるテーブルは、スペース確保のため、使用せず。1〜2名組ばかりだったので、空間は広め。
さてオーダーは、人気のハンバーグか、生姜焼きか悩みましたが、この日の気分はやはりハンバーグ！
数分すると、ランチスープとサラダが運ばれてきて、その後数分で、ライスとメインのハンバーグが。
切り口を撮り忘れましたが、中までしっかり焼けています。
ソースは和風にしました。久しぶりに正統なハンバーグを食べました。ハンバーグ150gランチ、1,100円。
次回は生姜焼きか、ビーフハンバーグにしよう！
この日は頼みませんでしたが、プラス100円で、コーヒーなどのソフトドリンクが飲めます。
ああ、美味しかった！また来ます。

前回お伺いした時は、ちょうど満席になったようで、外待ちすら出来ないタイミングでした。
今日は11時半に行ったら準備中。近所の飲食店で日曜営業のお店を確認して戻ったら、開店していました。入店はひとり目。
「ジンジャーに来たら生姜焼きを」と常々思っているものの、今日は少し奮発して？和牛サーロインステーキランチ100g
2,180円+税。
ミディアムレアに焼かれたステーキは柔らかく、あっという間に無くなりました。やはりサイズアップすべきだったか…。
