本日初訪問、11時半過ぎに入店｡
12時前と、言う事も有り先客２名様のみ。
デミカツを注文
厚さ1ｾﾝﾁくらいのカツに、デミグラスソース、ソースの上にパルメザンチーズがかかっている｡
カツは、硬過ぎず柔らか過ぎずで、適度な弾力が有り、デミグラスソースのコク、ほろ苦さとチーズの風味が良い｡
付け合わせのサラダ（フレンチドレッシング）やマカロニサラダが口の中をサッパリさせてくれて、最後まで飽きずに完食｡
12時頃には、席が満席、お待ちも出来ていたので、中々の繁盛店｡ほとんどの人が生姜焼きを注文していたので、今度は生姜焼きを食べに行きたいな〜
