たらの芽の天ぷらが食べたくて
いちばん好きな天ぷらは密かにたらの芽です！
田舎ではタラボって呼んでました
昔は親父が山にたらの芽取りに行ってたんでたらの芽の天ぷらなんて一気に30個ぐらい食ってたんだけどね
てんやで1個150円で限定発売してたんでちょっと控えめに10個頼んで食いました…
スーパーでとたらの芽の天ぷらあるけど大抵は水煮を天ぷらにしてるので残念な味で本来のおいしさが無いんですよね
たらの芽とかふきのとうに金出して食わなきゃないの悲しい

ふきのとうは相変わらず咲いてるので苦味多め、たらの芽は小さいがホクホクして香りそこそこ良い
