相模原の中心が渋滞していて離れたくて、郊外へ向かっている時に見つけたお肉屋さんです。
お店の存在は知っていましたが、お店の前を通りかかったのは初めてかもしれません。
駐車場もちゃんと完備されていたので寄ってみました。
店名にもなっている“高座豚”は、神奈川県のブランド豚で、神奈川名産百選にも選ばれています。
購入したのは、

■きのこメンチ(値段失念)
■ベーコンコロッケ(値段失念)
■自家製焼豚(997円＋税)
■もつ煮込み(500円＋税)
写真を撮り忘れてしまったのですが、ベーコンはお勧め商品だけあってかなり美味しかったです。
脂身が甘くてジューシーで、とにかく旨みが強いベーコンでした。
御殿場の二の岡ハムのベーコンが最強だと思っていましたが、それを上回る味でした。
他のものも美味しかったですが、ベーコンが一番印象に残りました。
他にも色々食べてみたいので、この辺りへ行ったらまた寄りたいです(^'^)
