朝食とコーヒーにしましょう。トレーとトングを持ってパンを選ぶ。後から分かったのだけどトーストもあった。カウンターで注文する仕組みで、いろいろとメニューのバラエティがあった。
サンドイッチを選んで、もうひとつ豆乳たっぷりクリームチーズパンを選んだ。
野菜たっぷりBLTサンドは、見た目が華やか。黄色と赤と緑の色のバランスがいいと思う。紙に包んだサンドイッチ、これだけ具材がサンドされているから形を保つことも目的なのでしょう。
ライ麦パンの食感、レタスたっぷりでシャキシャキしている。ゆで卵の白身と黄身の存在感があり、ベーコンなのかやや酸味のある味わい、ベーコン厚みあるけど野菜が多いためか、あまり主張してこない。トマトとレタスときゅうり、野菜サンドとして堪能した。
もうひとつのクリームチーズパンは、白いパン、粉糖なのかなと思ったけれど甘くなかった。
柔らかなクリームとむっちりした白いパンに豆乳クリームの軽さが相性がいい。
ブレンドコーヒーもよかったな。
今までパンを買って帰る店だと考えていたけれど、結構広いスペースでカフェがあり、電源もあった。
