手打ちそば
二八そばと旨い酒アリ〼 |
暑い日になので蕎麦を食べようと相模大野の商店街に
ある名店の蕎麦切りほしのさんに行ってきました。
店内は写真撮影禁止ということなので写真は外観のみ
ですが、店内はカウンターとテーブル席があって落ち
着いた雰囲気のお店でした。
オーダーは冷たいそばのつけとろろにしました。
蕎麦つゆに泡立てたとろろが掛かっていて青海苔が
アクセントになっています。とろろに蕎麦が絡んで
冷たさと香りが絶妙で美味しさにビックリしました。
メニューにくるみそばもあったので試してみたいです。
