手打ちそば
二八そばと旨い酒アリ〼 |
相模大野で病院の用事を済ませ伺ったのがこちら。
外観は落ち着いた高級感のある佇まいです。
※店内撮影禁止とのことで外観以外の写真撮影は我慢、、
鴨せいろと悩みましたが、今回頼んだのはくるみせいろと親子そば。
かしわせいろと親子そばが今の季節限定らしいです。
くるみせいろは990円、親子そばは1450円也。
前者はエスプーマ状になった胡桃のつけ汁に
せいろを浸して食べるのですが、
このつけ汁がなんとも絶品なんです。
胡桃の旨味たっぷりで体にも良さそう。
これならせいろ2枚はいけますね！
親子そばはどんなものなのかと思っていましたが、
親子丼の具がかけ蕎麦にのっているやつでした！
鶏肉たっぷりでこちらはボリュームがあります。
全体的にレベルの高いお蕎麦でした。
