長いことBMしていましたが、今日ようやく行けました。場所はサウザンロード通り沿い、相模原ではあまり見かけない商店街にあります。
外から見た目の印象は古い感じはしますが、呼び込み用のボードは意外と今風でポップな感じでした。自動ドアを入ると左手がパン、右手は喫茶になっているみたいです。喫茶は暗めの雰囲気でしたが今日はパン利用ですのであまり気にしません。
ミルクフランス等の菓子パンとフライサンド等の惣菜パンを何点か買いました。買った時の感じでは失礼ながらあまり期待ができないようにも思えましたが、家に帰って食べてみると意外とパサパサではないしっとりとした食感です。中でもミルクフランス、甘食は美味しかったと思いました。ミルクフランスはクリームがよく甘食はしっとり感が良かったです。
案外良かったのですがリピートするには少し物足りない感じです。相模原のパン屋も相当まわりましたが、なかなかこれといったパン屋は少ないようです。
