旨い。
細麺なのでサラサラ食べられる。
途中味変でにんにく入れたら更に旨くなった。
むしろにんにく入れて完成って感じ。
チャーシューはトロトロ。口の中で溶ける。
でも半分が脂身なので1枚食べれば十分。全部のせの3枚は後半キツかった。
スープも美味しいけど完飲する気にはならなかった。
店の人たちもとても感じが良い。
近所だったら通うけどちょっとだけ遠いな。
注意:店は15時までだけど自分が入った後の何人目かの人は14時過ぎの時点でスープ売り切れで断られてた。
危なかった。
