7年ぶりにいきました。
妻がまた食べたいと言う数少ないラーメン屋。
久々に店舗情報を調べたら閉店するとのこと...
急いで予定を立てて、平日の昼間に行きました。
口コミを見て30分ほど前に行けばいいかな、と思い、開店25分前着。
すでに40人弱並んでおり、入店できたのは13:30過ぎ...
僕らの後にも長い列が出ていて彼らが入れるのはおおよそ1時間後だろう...
店主さんも「長い間お待たせしてすみませんでした」ととても律儀で丁寧。
チャーシュー麺を注文しました。
大きめのトロトロチャーシューがとっても美味しい。
細い麺の食感とチャーシューの食感のバランスがとても良い。
スープも豚骨の風味はしつつも塩味で醤油豚骨よりもさっぱりといただけます。
なくなるのがとても惜しいラーメン屋さんです。
