3日間出かけていて、最終日の夕飯に利用しました。少し早めの夕飯だったので、駐車場は空いており、店内も空席が目立っていました。
ずっと高速移動でお腹も空かず、軽めに。
カルボナーラを注文。
子供くんはマルゲリータのピザを。
いつもはパンチェッタのピザを頼むところが、パンチェッタのピザは品切れのため注文出来ず。残念がっていました。
程なくして席へ料理が。
私のカルボナーラ、半熟卵がのっていたのですが、割ってみてもトロリとせず。
ちょっとかたかったみたいですね。
お味も薄め？と思いきや、後半がすごく濃くて、私の混ぜ方が足りなかったのか、元々の混ぜ方だったのか…
今回はチーズ増し、ペッパー増しなどせず。
ペッパーは濃いめだったので。
マルゲリータのピザは焼きたてアツアツ、とろーりでした。これはこれで美味しいし、辛味を増して食べても美味しい。
パンチェッタを食べたがっていた子供くんは、最後までちょっと残念そうでしたけど 笑
帰る頃には駐車場はほぼ満車。
タイミング良かったのかも！
