昔ながらパンなのに真新しく感じる（マルホベーカリー@相模原
相模原の相模台にあるパン屋で。小田急相模原が最寄り駅だが徒歩ではいけないエリア。自転車で伺った。しかし、昔懐かしい感じするお店だ。昔分譲地だったエリアにあるお店で地域の方がいっているのだろう。感動的なのはパンの調理場に分銅付きの計り。今あまり見られるなくなったが、現役で活躍しているそうです。ばねやデジタルよりやりやすいとのこと。確かになれればこれは使いやすいしね。店主さんと少しお話しながら、カレーパンとミートパンを購入。パンはラップに包んで売っている。

いずれも日本の昔ながらパンで生地がしっかりしていてよく噛んで食べるとうまみのあるパンだ。最近はふわっとしたパンが多い中、どちらかといえば密度の高いパン。こうやって考えると昔ながらが真新しさに感じる。という言葉がぴったりかもしれない。
100−200円の低価格帯で販売している。なかなかおいしいかったですよ。
カレーパンとミートパンpostedby(C)Supple
カレーパンも揚げパンに中にカレーのスタンダードだ。
ミートパンもひき肉の入った肉肉しいパンでかみしめるとパンの主張が強くなる。
面白いパンたちでした。

豚パンとヤキカリを。
ここのパンむかしななつかしいパンの味なんだよね。豚パンの豚肉がごろゴロゴロする食感がたまらない。
焼きカリーはカレーパンだあ。あのいつものカレーパンとは違う揚げパンでないパンだあ。これもカレーと合うんだよね。
お店のオバチャンと話した。やっぱり冬は寒いね。被災地の能登の地震のはなしなどをしながら、お店を後にした。こういう何気ない会話が昔は多くあったのだろうなあ。なんだかなくなったよね。
