今日は会社の創立記念日で久しぶりの平日休みでした☆
せっかくの休みなので前々から気になっていた
小田急相模原の和韻に初訪問しました♪
お店は駅からすぐでした☆
ビルの二階にあり、店内は10名ほど入る
隠れ家的な感じの内装です☆
ランチは一組限定で店主のおまかせで料理がでてきます☆
まずはかぼちゃのカレー風味のスープ。
クリーミーなスープにほのかなカレーの香りがして
なんともいえない旨みのするスープでした♪
メインは珍しい野菜のサラダ、
江ノ島産のキスとブロッコリーのフライ(サクサクで美味しかった)、
焼きワラサ(ブリのコドモかな!?)と焼きニンジンのオリーブソースがけ、
桜えびのキッシュ、パンのレバーペーストのせ、不思議な味のラタトュウユ。
野菜たっぷりでちょこちょことしていろんな料理が食べれて楽しめる一皿でした♪
あと地元民としては地元の食材を使ってくださるのは嬉しいですね(*≧∀≦*)
次にうにのクリームパスタ♪
これは美味しいと話しに聞いていたので楽しみでした♪
うにのコクはそのままなソースが少し細めなパスタに良くからまっていて美味でした☆
ソースもパスタもちょうどいい量でした☆
デザートは洋ナシのコンポート(シナモンの風味かな!?)と珈琲♪
食後のデザートが苦手なので軽めなデザートも個人的にはよかったです。
甘さも控えめで美味しかったです☆
あと、お店の看板メニューの塩豚のステーキもせっかくなのでいただきました。
これは塩味の角煮をバターで焼いて野菜が添えてありました♪
味つけがちょうどよく、お肉も柔らかく自分でも作ってみようと思う一品でした☆
シェフがとても感じがよく、食材や料理に対するこだわりや情熱が感じられました。
お酒の種類も多く、いい食材や珍しい野菜を気軽に食べれるので
夜に来るのも良さそうです(＞＜*)ノ
またぜひ行きたいと思います～♪♪
