相模原駅へ初めて降り立ちました。
とりあえずランチで相模原駅周辺の
人気なお店(ラーメン以外)を
ランキング順に検索するとこちらが
1番だったので立ち寄ってみることに。
この日はそこそこの客入りですぐに
席につくことができました。
相模原の養鶏所で生産されている
「宝夢卵（ホームラン）」という卵を
使用した親子丼がウリ。
友人が親子丼を私は生親子丼を
並盛りで注文しました。
見た目の通り生親子はシンプルに
鳥刺しに卵黄が添えてあり
わさび醤油でいただきます。
しっとりした身はもちもちで美味しく
本来の鳥の味わいを愉しめます。
でもやっぱり美味しそうな親子丼。
ちょっとシェアしてもらうと
甘辛い味付けにとろとろの半熟卵が
かなりツボでした。
大衆ウケしやすい味だと思いますが
熱の入り方、味の濃さが絶妙。
つゆが染み込んだご飯もすすみます。
正直食べ応えがあるのはこっち。
生親子も美味しいのですが
親子丼を頼めばよかった…と後悔。
これで800円は東京都心基準に
考えるとお得すぎです。
夜には花火大会があったので
どうしても食べたくなった親子丼を
テイクアウト。
花火を愉しみながらいただきましたが
テイクアウトだとさすがに熱が
はいり店内でいただくような
半熟卵とまではいきませんでした。
でも美味しいのは変わらず、
会場の屋台飯の相場が700円と考えると
同じ値段の親子丼は最高すぎました、
買っておいてよかった♫
また相模原に行くまで
東京の親子丼を食べてあい庵の親子丼に
思いを馳せながら過ごそうと思います。
