長引く自粛生活でストレスも溜まる中、緊急事態宣言が解除されたのを機に、山の自然に触れて心身を開放してやりたくなり、人気のハイキングスポット「陣馬山」に行ってきましたた。
久々の山歩き故に、車で途中まで行く事が可能な和田峠からの一番ゆるゆるのコースを選択。
和田峠から二つのルートがある中、山頂の施設と登山道の改修工事が実施されており、3月末まで直登りの尾根道ルートが通行止めになっていたので、平坦なまき道ルートで山頂を目指します。
整備された歩きやすい登山道で、樹林帯の中を春の息吹を感じながら約30分、白馬のオブジェのお出迎えを受け山頂に到着。
たとえ標高855mの低山とは言え、やはり視界が開けて見晴らしの良い景色を目にした時は爽快な気分になりますね、ただ残念ながら富士山は霞んでいます。
ランチは清水茶屋で「陣馬そば」をウッドデッキに座り、眼下に広がる絶景を眺めながらいただきます。
山菜、ネギ、しめじ、たけのこ、こんにゃく、ナルト、さつま揚げ等具が沢山乗っていて賑やかな見栄え。
麺は柔らか目でしたが、つゆが濃い味付けで立地を考えれば十分満足できるレベルだし、プラス自然の中でだと何故だかすごく美味しく感じるから不思議ですね。
値段も７００円と山頂の茶店としては適正だと思います。和田峠の駐車場料金が８００円だったので余計にそう感じるのかな・・・。
陣馬山は360度パノラマビューで、日帰りでサクッと山歩きしてこようかという時には丁度良い低山でした。
この後、体力も時間も余ったので、ついでに奥多摩湖と鳩ノ巣渓谷と青梅の塩船観音寺も散策し、ささやかながら久々に癒しのひと時を過ごすことができました。
