夏休みを利用して裏高尾の縦走ルートの登山をしました。高尾駅からバスで35分、陣馬高原下からスタートする約17kmのコースです。清水茶屋は最初の到達点である陣馬山の山頂にある休憩所です。
猛暑の中、急登した後だったのでかなり汗をかいた状態でしたが、休憩していると風で体温が奪われて一気に肌寒くなってきました。暖かいものがほしくなり、奥高尾名物のなめこ汁を頂きました。
〇なめこ汁（300円）
赤味噌仕立てで葱と大量のなめこが入っています。なめこのぬめりと温かい汁が喉を潤し、身体を芯から温めてくれます。このなめこの量で300円は安いと思いましたね。
休憩が済んだところで、次の頂きに向かいます。
