令和6年、元旦。神奈川県相模原市の従兄弟宅まで新年の挨拶に愛車ハスラーを走らせ訪問しまして。お昼時にとりあえず従兄弟に何か食べたいからと連れて行ってとお願いしたらバーミヤン東橋本店に訪問しました。元旦にも関わらず店内は3割くらいの客入りながらタッチパネルから生ビールに焼き餃子2人前に従兄弟は蟹あんかけチャーハンを。先に生ビールが来ました。キンキンにグラスが冷えて咽喉を良く美味い！生ビールなんて呑んだのは久々。焼き餃子2人前はカリッと香ばしく焼けて熱々でビールのアテに最高。同じバーミヤン愛知阿久比店の餃子と比べると東橋本店の焼き具合はかなりハイレベルで良かった。従兄弟が食べた蟹あんかけチャーハンは蟹身がしっかり入りあっさり塩味で美味しいと従兄弟が豪語。私はウイスキーハイボールを2杯追加。それから野菜炒めを注文しました。ウイスキーハイボールは良く冷えて咽喉が良く美味いです♪野菜炒めは豚肉、キャベツ、玉ねぎ、にんじん、もやし、木耳入り。卓上の酢をたっぷり入れていただきました。高温でサラッと炒めてあり野菜がシャキッとしてハイボールと相性抜群で美味い。相模原の従兄弟とは2年ぶりに逢いましたが相変わらず元気そうで相模原と半田と距離は離れていますが昔から話が良く合い楽しい宴になりました。兄貴ゴチになりました。ありがとう！
