小田急線相武台駅からほど近い場所にある精肉・総菜屋さん
「精肉のふじや」
さんです。
駅前通りを一本内側に入った場所ですが、なかなか目立つ店頭です。
店頭側からは揚げ物を中心とした惣菜類が並んでいます。
その下には、サラダや焼売等様々な商品の陳列も。
思いのほか種類は多いです。
お願いしたのは
・ジャンボメンチカツ
・一口カツ
・ハムフライ
です。
が、ハムフライが無い！
お店の人に聞いてみたら中で揚げていました。
訪問したのはお昼時でしたが、店員さんは少し忙しそうでした。
そこの辺りは余裕を持って対応頂ければ気持ち良くお買い物もできたかと思います。
さて、頂いたお料理ですが、紙に包まれていて・・・時間が経ってしまった為に少し油がきつくなってしまいました。
それでも食べたのは購入から１時間程しか経っていなかったので、これは残念な部分でした。
それでもメンチカツの大きさや肉厚感も良かったし、ハムフライも最近はご無沙汰だったので良かったです。
一口カツは、温かければもう少し柔らかかったと思います。
衣の感じは、変に細かくないパン粉が食感を良くしてくれていました。
価格は比較的良心的なものだと思いますので、
ちょっとした時に寄って食べる、そんな利用方法も良いですね。
