A Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in Kobuchi popular with locals
Revisited in December 2023 I couldn't forget the cartilage from the last time, so I immediately revisited. I made a reservation and entered the restaurant, and it was full even though it was a weekday Monday. I ordered cartilage right away, and it was sold out even though it was 9pm. I pulled myself together and ordered eggs, chicken breast tartare, liver, and other dishes that I had never tried before. The skewers here are really fluffy and juicy. The yagen cartilage was disappointing, but I was very satisfied with all the dishes. I also had some alcohol and was very satisfied with the value for money at 4,000 yen per person. I'll probably return soon.

Visited for the umpteenth time in December 2023. It was early December, and even though it was a weekday, it was very crowded. Is it already the year-end party season? I sat at the counter instead of a table. I ordered bonito tuna, assorted sashimi, thick omelet, and yakitori (negima, quail, yagen nankotsu, chicken breast wasabi, and cheese meatballs). The soy sauce in the bonito tuna was sweet and delicious. I also really liked the not-so-sweet omelet. The yagen nankotsu came with meat, which I also liked. The cheese meatballs were fluffy, crunchy, and creamy, and irresistible. Overall, the food was to my liking and was excellent.

いつ行っても安定して美味しい。
焼き場の人が今日は違う人だったが変わらず美味しい。鳥のササミ串、他のお店ではパサパサに感じる事もあるが、このお店ではしっとり、梅でもワサビでもタルタルでも全部がオススメ。今日は鰹がめちゃめちゃ旨かったプラス0.1ご馳走様でした。
