一人で訪問先客2名、後客2名
注文 味玉入りらーめん 750円
お店の前は、よく通る道で存在は知っていましたが・・何故か訪問の機会がなく初訪です。
予備知識はなく、突然の訪問ですが・・右上の法則に味玉を加えて注文です。
先客の調理を待っての注文で、着丼まで10分程度の待ちです。
まず見た目は、茶褐色の白濁スープに細麺・・そして青ネギ・・
ネギをよけると、薄っすらと辛味ダレのような赤いシミ(笑)
スープを啜ると、マイルドな豚骨醤油・・別の言い方だとパンチやフックのない豚骨スープ
ですが、あっさり系がお好きな方はこれで良いのかもしれません。
麺は、自家製麺をうたっていますが、低加水の細麺を固茹で提供されていますが、食べ進めるうちに適度な硬さに変化して行きます。
どちらかというと、家系ではなくラーショ寄りなのかな・・・
でも、細麺が九州系・・なんとも悩ましい組み合わせで、独立系とでも言いましょうか・・
なにか、モヤっとするする一杯でした。
それにしても、平日のお昼・・そこそこの来客で足場は築かれているようですね。
