旧アイワールド付近のラーメン屋さんに行ったら、お目当てのお店は既に閉まっていて、食べログで調べて行って来ました。麵屋ひばりさんのお名前は聞いたことがあるものの、たまに通る道路なのに気付きませんでした。
休日の20時訪店。意外や店内はお客さんゼロ… もう閉店時間かと思い思わず「まだよろしいですか？」と声をかけてしまいましたが、快く迎えていただきました。
自販機で味玉入りつけ麺950円也の食券を購入しお店の方に渡したところ、麺増量しますか？ と尋ねられました。この後一杯飲みに行くつもりだったので、増量なしにしました。
麺とつけ汁、割スープが提供され、覗くとストレート太麺に海苔、ごま、水菜。つけ汁にはネギとチャーシューが細かく刻まれてゴロゴロ。
つけ汁も思ったほど油っぽくなく、コシのある麺と絡んでちょうどいい感じです。
最後に割スープを入れて完食。
美味しかったです、ご馳走様でした。個人的にもう少し麺柔らか目が良かったかも。
